Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Sales cycles
  • Prospecting, building value-based relationships particularly with managers and executives
  • Managing existing client relationships and looking for opportunities to add further value to clients
  • Meeting quarterly targets and KPI’s

Requirements

  • Experienced enterprise solution based sales experience in Contact Centre Technology is preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of sales process and effective sales techniques
  • Proven sales and customer service skills
