- Sales cycles
- Prospecting, building value-based relationships particularly with managers and executives
- Managing existing client relationships and looking for opportunities to add further value to clients
- Meeting quarterly targets and KPI’s
- Experienced enterprise solution based sales experience in Contact Centre Technology is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of sales process and effective sales techniques
- Proven sales and customer service skills
