Solutions Trainer

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training courses for Noble Customers on the full Suite of Noble Products. Whilst the primary role is end user and Administrator Training, the role may also include some Project Management activities
  • Provide internal and external training on the Noble System Solution
  • Providing Multi-channel training content for use within the organization and to Noble customers
  • Provide support services to internal and external clients as directed Maintain a professional image and demonstrate a willingness to contribute at all levels
  • Organize and develop training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials
  • Facilitate resource scheduling
  • Facilitate customer and internal conference calls

Requirements

  • Existing knowledge of Contact Centre technologies a must with knowledge on Workforce Management platforms highly regarded
