Successful candidates will have or will be pursuing a multi-year degree in Information Technology, IT Management, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or an equivalent level of experience in a similar field, as well as experience with, but not limited to: ability to react quickly and effectively in a high pressure, time-sensitive environment, and excellent customer service and communications skills. They will provide exceptional customer-oriented support for software implementations and on-going maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Provide consulting to customer IT divisions for proper infrastructure setup and install proprietary software as part of a larger deployment team
- Document and educate customer on software installation design and settings
- Directly interact with customers to resolve urgent production and non-production issues Detail customer interactions and document knowledgebase articles and/or product enhancements to empower customers for self-support
- Limited travel
Requirements
- Linux/Unix Server Operating System
- Databases SQL, experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle or another major RDBMS
- Ability to read Python, Perl, Java source code is preferred
- Windows Server Administration
- Contact Centers
- Fluent English
