Collecting, storing and disseminating knowledge across all levels of the organization
Providing multi-channel training content for use within the organization
Selects appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play and computer based training
Organizes and develops training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials
Developing technical training courses
Conducting technical training sessions
Special projects as assigned
Requirements
College degree in related field or equivalent experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
