The 32 issued patents in 2015 surpass the company’s notable patent growth from 2014 by more than 50%. The new patents are related to a number of Noble Systems’ different product offerings in such areas as TCPA compliant wireless number dialing, callback processing, use of speech analytics for compliance solutions, scheduling solutions, and agent training.
